What is the Enhancing Oncology Model?

The Enhancing Oncology Model (EOM) is a voluntary program designed by the CMS Innovation Center as a way to  transform care for cancer patients, reduce spending, and improve the quality of person-centered care. The program components prioritize care coordination, quality, and health outcomes for patients, but also make participants accountable for total costs of care.
